We use soy/oat-based replacements for dairy and eggs in our baked goods.

Do your café have halal certification?
No, we do not have halal certification, but we are Muslim-friendly as all the ingredients we source are halal certified.

Are your products gluten-free?
No, currently we do not offer gluten-free options.

Are your products free of garlic and onion?
Yes, all our products are vegetarian-friendly and do not contain any garlic or onion.

Do you offer nut-free options?
Yes, several of our products can be customized to be nut-free. Here's a list of those products:

What is the lead time for placing an order?
Our lead time varies depending on the type of product you're ordering. For same-day delivery products, orders must typically be placed before 4 PM. For pre-order products, lead times can vary based on production and availability. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided on the product pages.

Do you offer delivery options?
Yes, we offer delivery to the Klang Valley area using Lalamove/Grab services.

What is your delivery area policy and shipping policy?
We deliver to Klang Valley City and ship nationwide for certain products. Please refer to our shipping policy page for more details.

Can I schedule a pickup for my order?
Yes, you can schedule a pickup for your order at our store located at Jiospace, Seksyen 19, PJ.

 

Payment and Refunds:

What payment methods do you accept?
For in-store purchases, we accept cash, cards, and e-wallets. For online purchases, we accept online transfers, cards (debit, credit), e-wallets, and PayPal.

Is payment required upfront or upon delivery/pickup?
Upfront payment is required to proceed with your order.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a minimum order requirement for delivery, except for orders requiring special inquiries/customizations that are excluded from our regular menu.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Modifications can be made 24 hours before delivery for same-day items and 48 hours for 1-day preorder items. No cancellations for confirmed orders.

How should I store my baked goods and cakes?
We recommend consuming our goods freshly on the same day. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days for best tasting. Refer to the product page for more details.
