We understand the importance of every order, and while we stand by our policy that all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our items, we also recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Below, you'll find our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction under such conditions:
Refunds and Exchanges
Quality Concerns: If your order arrives in a condition that's less than satisfactory (e.g., damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards), please reach out to us within 2 hours of receipt. We request that you send a clear photo or video showing the issue to our customer service team through HERE.
Incorrect Orders: Although rare, should there be a mix-up and you receive items you did not order, notify us within 2 hours with your order number and a photo of the items received. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must remain unconsumed and in the condition they were delivered.
Cancellations
Advance Notice: Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled same-day delivery or pickup. For orders made a day in advance, cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior.
Restrictions: We cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications for orders that are already prepared or in the process of delivery on the same day.
Refund Process
Online Banking Transfer: In situations where refunds or cancellations are approved, we will initiate an online banking transfer to refund the amount directly to your bank account. Please provide your bank account details, including account name, account number, and bank name, to facilitate the refund process.
Note: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval.

Exceptions
Delivery Delays: Please note, we cannot offer refunds for delays in delivery caused by external factors outside of our control.
Out-of-Stock Situations: On the off chance an item you've ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. You'll have the option to change the delivery date or receive a full refund back to your original payment method, according to your preference.
