Shipping Policy

WOWNANA reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for various reasons, including product or service availability, errors in product description or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons.

We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by our riders' mishandling of the order once it has been dispatched, and we will not offer a refund or replacement in such cases.


1) Where do we deliver?
We deliver mainly to Klang Valley, covering Selangor and KL.

2) How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery charges vary depending on your location, and you'll see the applicable rate upon checkout. Each order number is designated for one delivery address within a specific date and time slot.

3) Can you deliver my order at a specific time?
a) Klang Valley Delivery:
We offer delivery within specific timeslots:
  • 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
  • 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
While we strive to deliver your order within your chosen timeslot, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time within that slot due to factors such as traffic and route planning. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery window. Each order number is designated for one delivery address within a specific date and time slot.

b) Shipping Nationwide:
Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days, although this may vary due to factors such as distance, local holidays, and other external circumstances beyond WOWNANA's and the courier's control. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order ships.

4) Can I change the delivery details?
Kindly WhatsApp us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to request any changes.

Please note that if changes are not communicated within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated. Additionally, we will not take responsibility if the recipient is not present during the original delivery time slot. Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been processed and is out for delivery.

5) Do you use a 3rd party delivery service or your own delivery team?
For areas within Klang Valley, we use services like Grab, Lalamove, and trusted freelance riders. For Nationwide shipments, we use Gdex.

6) How can I track my order?
You will receive a delivery update via email when your order is processed. For orders placed via WhatsApp, we will send you the tracking number or dispatch contact once your order is out for delivery.

7) Can the rider deliver door-to-door to my condo unit/office?
Unfortunately, no. The rider will deliver the orders to the recipient at the lobby or designated drop-off point only.

8) What if the recipient is not present when the rider arrives?
The rider will call upon arrival. If the recipient is not present, for condo residents, we will leave the order at the guardhouse, and for landed houses, we will place it at the house fencing.

9) Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we do! Currently, only certain products are available for nationwide shipping:
  • Signature Banana Loaf Cake
  • Double Choc Banana Loaf Cake
  • Cinnamon Rolls Bundle (6pcs) without Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Cake Premix
10) How much is the nationwide shipping fee?
The flat rate for nationwide shipping is RM15 per address.
